♡ White chocolate drizzled flapjacks ♡

Hey, guys so today I decided to bake! I was in the mood for a flapjack but also chocolate so I added chocolate on my flapjack and they came out amazing!

I wanted to do something simple so I found this easy simple recipe on Pinterest and I edited it to fit me so I wanted to show how I made them! This is my second attempts at these because the first time I didn't like the outcome and the ingredients needed to be more balanced out.

Baking is such an amazing, fun thing to do and you have delicious treats in the end!! I enjoy baking so much but I'm not the best at it, I love to share it with you guys so let's get started!

125g salted butter
100g golden syrup
100g white sugar
190g rolled oats
100g White chocolate

1.Lightly grease your tin and preheat the oven to 180c, 160 fan or 4 gas

2.combine the butter, sugar and syrup in a saucepan under a low heat while carefully mixing it until everything has melted and dissolved

3.add the oats into the mix and carefully mix them well till all the oats are coated in the mixture

4.spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared tin and smooth the surface with something flat

5.put the tray in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes till the flapjacks are golden brown

6.while the flapjacks are baking, melt down the white chocolate into a bowl till it's a runny texture

7.Once the flapjacks are cooked carefully drizzle the chocolate over the flapjacks while there hot so it can melt into them.

8.leave to cool for overnight so the chocolate will set (or however long you want) then cut them up into bite-size squares and remove them from the Tin and your finally done!

So I hope you guys enjoy this recipe! The flapjacks are so tasty, easy and delicious!
