♡ Holy grail face masks ♡

March 24, 2018

Nothing is better than having a relaxing pamper night and then using a facemask, it’s like the ultimate de stresser! They usually do nothing but good for your skin, they are the ultimate skin miracles.

Over the past 6 months I’ve been using facemasks 2-3 times a week and it’s helping my skin clear up. I’ve used so many difference masks ranging from very difference price points - some have made no difference, some have broke my skin out but others have been life savers! This has made me realise what types of masks I like, what work for my skin & what don’t! I really think masks are a trail and error process to find the ones that work for you because some of these might not. Everyone has different skin so my favourites might not be yours & vice versa.

So for the first facemask I love, I had to put down my glam glow supermud clearing treatment.I got the mask for Christmas and it’s been life changing . From the first time I used this mask - I fell in love. It had done miracles for my skin helping it be clearer, calm down any spots & blemishes and just trashing it with that bit of luxury what more could I want??

Next is a mask I’ve been using for nearly a year and it’s amazing, the garnier pure active intensive 3 in 1 charcoal mask. This is such an amazing product with the ingredients, the fact it’s multi use and that it does work in all the ways. I alternate between using this as a mask and a scrub as it helps my skin but is very harsh so I won’t use it often maybe once a week or 2. Sometimes when my skin is really bad it can be too much so I need to be careful.

This honestly isn’t my mask, it’s my mums but I do love using it which she doesn’t mind at all. I suffer with dry skin so the Elemis papaya enzyme peel mask has been helping me out so much! It’s so gentle and soft on the skin you wouldn’t know it’s there and it does help it look & feel amazing. It may be pricey but it’s a good investment for your skin.

Last but not least the most recent purchase of my skincare is the superdrug vitamin e leave on moisture mask. This has rocked my world. It’s such a different texture as it’s like a serum when you put it on and it just sinks into your skin leaving it feeling super soft, hydrating and glowing for days!

I don’t know what I’d do without this mask it’s helped my skin so much. This list will defiantly grow as I never stop trying facemasks, I just stick with my favourites! My skin has been getting so much better recently and it could well be down to these masks which makes me so happy as I do love using them. I don’t know where I’d be without my masks!
