♡ Skincare worth the splurge on ♡

January 05, 2019

Skincare is so tricky to get. I know how begrudged I am to spending money on something that I’m not even sure will work on my skin. I’m always so unsure wether to invest in case it’s doesn’t work with my skin or I don’t like it.

This does happen and it will but sometimes it’s worked really well for me and I’m glad. I’ve realised some products are worth the splurge and I wanted to share them, because they deserve the hype they have and they have worked miracles for me.

I’m going to start with my longest standing skincare product, the Liz Earle cleanse and polish. This is a cult product for so many People now and it’s so gentle soft and natural for your skin and will leave it looking and feeling fresh. It’s amazing at removing makeup and just cleansing too, I use it so much! It’s worth the splurge as it lasts so long.

Another product I think is worth the splurge is the glamglow supermud clearing treatment. This is my saving grace for breakouts - I got it for Christmas and use it when my skin is at it’s worse as it helps calm it down and eventually clear it as it’s such a good quality product. Having problematic skin this has helped me so much and I think anyone on this situation should consider investing for this.

Cleansing oils are a game changer. I got the Clinique take the day off balm and taking my makeup off have never been so easy. The oil melts away my makeup and leaves my skin feeling soft, hydrated and cleansed at the same time. The texture helps my skin in so many ways and the best part is you need the smallest amount as it melts and spreads quick - so it lasts forever!

I’d love some recommendations from you guys what to splurge on! I love trying new products and these are what I think everyone should try and they’re worth the splurge! These are some of my personal favourites, think I could go on forever!

  7. My sister swears by Clinique for her sensitive skin & their make up esp mascara for her sensitive eyes too. It's worth the money for her for sure!
I only use natural products on my skin so rose hip oil, vitamin E oil & coconut oil are my go too's for my skin care.
