♡ destress during exam season ♡

 Exam season is one of the most stressful times of the year. I honestly didn’t think I’d stress myself out as much as I currently am over exams. It’s not going to help you at all stressing you need to do some good old self care to help you calm down.

Stressing will get you nowhere and just overall make you panic and forgot everything do keeping yourself calm and cool is key. The last few months I’ve been trying to calm myself and I’ve had some favourite ways I want to share to try help people!


 - have a relaxing baths - use bubbles, bath bombs and put your phone away.
- Face masks - they’re my favourite thing as your skin shows signs of stress as much as you do
 - Go out for a coffee with your friends - forget about exams for an hour and half downtime
 - Watch a film - in between revising have a long break and just watch a film & our everything down for an hour
 - Nap! - exam season is mentally draining so you need to make sure you have all the energy you can get
 - Read a book - I find reading makes my mind focus on the book only do this helps me so much
 - Ring a friends! - just have a catch up with everything going on in each other’s life, it’s refreshing

 I hope everyone who’s sorting exams is as calm as they can be as all you can do is try! You’re all doing so well and I’m proud of everyone. You need to look after yourself to help Achieve the best possible grades! Bailey ♡ xxx

  3. Lovely ways to destress! Don't forget to try little walks somewhere green and some yoga or stretching too to help with all the sitting to revise and in exam halls.

  6. I loved my exam season haha. 90% of the time I was doing something else and just 10% of the time I was actually studying. I can't believe that I passed my exams, haha

    But these are great tips. Distraction is always good during your exam season.
